You get planning, instruction, reliability, guidance, even dietary advice. Your program is personalized to your needs.

Five reasons YOU need a trainer

If you’re going to spend a couple hundred dollars on diet programs, exercise equipment, or even new clothing, then a personal trainer is a great investment. Here’s why:

  1. Be productive right away. With the help of a trainer, your very first workout can be moving you towards your goals. By accepting instruction and guidance, you can cut out weeks of learning how to get what you want out of your workouts.
  2. Learn proper technique. Like most things, a little bit of technique can make a huge improvement. In exercise, the improvements come in safety and effectiveness. It’s a lot easier to lose weight and build muscle if you’re not sitting on the sidelines.  We can help you navigate when injury arises, so you can keep going without further injury.
  3. Good planning leads to good results. Let us use our experience to jump start your exercise. We know the roadmap, so to speak, and we’ll make a solid plan for the first month that will help you reach your destination.
  4. Stay motivated. Meeting with your training partners and/or personal trainer will keep you showing up. If you get it on your schedule, and if you know someone else is waiting on you, then you’re that much closer to getting it done.

  • Single Session: $50
  • 8 Sessions: $300

All personal training packages include a Body Scan each month (REG. $15)
