Fitness Center Rates

Our Payment Policy: We don’t charge enrollment fees or have any locked-in contracts. You can cancel an Autopay membership at any time by requesting over the phone or in person to stop payments. Prepaid memberships simply expire after the membership term; there is nothing to cancel. Prepaid membership dues can be refunded up to three days from the date of purchase.

  • Get Guidance We help you stay safe by doing a health screening with all our new members. We take some time during this appointment to answer questions and make sure you have a good plan to start exercise. Everyone gets one-on-one attention.
  • Learn Proper Technique with the help of our coaches. We’ll take the time to show you how the equipment works and give you advice on your exercise program.
  • Stay On Target with Computerized Body Composition Analysis. We have a machine that scans you and generates a printout of body weight, muscle mass, percent body fat, and water content. It’s normally $15 a scan, but we do the first one free to help you get a baseline (and we’ll tell you about our program to get all your scans free!).
  • Get Caught Up with a healthier crowd because Mountain Fitness sponsors a variety of community programs. There’s our Event Team, which lets you sign up to go to local run/walk/kayak/bike events, or you can try the Seven Summits hikes, and the CrossFit program is more like a fun team sport than the drudgery that comes to mind when you think of having to walk off 30 or 40 pounds.  You just don’t get this kind of encouragement anywhere else.
  • Feel Clean and Welcomed You know, the sign on the wall says “It’s a Gym not a Country Club”, but sometimes the simple things are what make you feel at home! We really take care of this place. We sanitize all the equipment daily using Medtrol’s broad spectrum disinfectant, Clini-Tech, and educate our members on cleaning up after themselves to foster a shared sense of pride in the cleanliness of our facility. We provide clean workout towels. And we even keep Coffee and Tea out for our members (okay, so the coffee’s not always hot, but you can brew it when you want it or pour it if it’s there). Hey, if you’re going to come in here and work your tail off, it’s the least we can do!
