Equipment

We provide a variety of equipment that can accommodate almost anybody.  A little of something for everyone. You’ll find tools ranging from traditional strength training machines and free weights to a rowing machine, spin bikes,  and plyometric boxes.

  • Circuit machines: abdominal crunch, back extension, preacher curl / triceps dip, pec deck, seated row, lat pulldown, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, inner/outer thigh, shoulder press, and chest press.
  • Cable stations: We have a FreeMotion dual cable cross and a dual fixed pulley station.
  • Free weights: 2 sets of dumbbells (up to 70lbs, with olympic dumbbell bars to take you heavier than that), 2 olympic bars and a power cage/bench combination that gets used heavily for powerlifting, incline presses and such.
  • Cardio equipment: 2 Stairmasters, 3 treadmills which incline up to 15°, 2 elliptical trainers, 2 upright bikes, and a recumbent semi-elliptical (much like a recumbent bike).
  • Dynamic training equipment: piles of medicine balls, tangles of rubber bands, racks of stability/swiss balls, stacks of cones, agility ladders, a 300lb tire with hammers, etc…
