
Ski your ass off!
Winter is just around the corner, so now is the time to get ready for the season of your life. In this ski and board fitness course skiers and snowboarders will hit the slopes with greater strength, agility, balance, and endurance. This course will help you with your skiing and boarding goals, whether it is to ski and ride longer, improve your technique, reduce risk of injury or to gain your competitive edge.

MFC members- $79, non-members- $99
Class times: (choose either M/W or T/Th class when enrolling)
- Mon & Wed : 4:30pm – 5:30pm
- Tues & Thurs : 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Classes help participants build fitness over the 6 week session to the point where they can perform dynamic movements and changes of direction is takes for real riding out on the slopes. We use a variety of exercise techniques in a circuit training format, and all participants will receive coaching on how to maximum performance work outside the fitness center.
